Project Aakarshan
Empowered over 17,000+ youth and women across rural India, achieving 70%+ employment through vocational skills in 7 trades across 5 states.Project Saksham
Impacted 22,856 Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) with skilling and employment initiatives—1,000+ already employed at Spark Minda. Its reach now extends beyond India, to Indonesia and Vietnam.
